Description
The tree is a self-set ash, approximately 8m high and approx 15cm diameter, growing in the rear yard of my property 12 Lander Lane, specifically in the collapsed/removed boundary wall between my property and the neighbouring property 2-10 Lander Lane (The Labour Club Site) If the tree is allowed to grow it will become a danger to occupants of my property and potentially a number of properties on High Pavement. Its ability to set down roots on my side is limited by its height above its base on my side of the property boundary and the existence of a concrete floor in the outhouse at that point I wish to remove the tree at its base and remove as much of the stump as possible by drilling out
