Application to determine if prior approval is required for proposed drainage works to relieve the site of flooding by use of new land drains to intercept and divert water to attenuation ponds, existing tracks reworked to improve the surface incorporate land drains in places, all the tracks will be in gravel hoggin to match the existing track surfacing and a small length of track is being constructed to improve access to a frequently flooded area
