Description

This application is for the removal of two dead/dying Leylandii Cypress trees and a removal of a overhanging limb off a third Cypress tree situated in the grounds of All Saints Church, South Wingfield. Tree 1: Is located above several headstones and a public footpath through the Churchyard. Over the years, it has suffered a general decline in its foliage and now all needles have been brown throughout the year. The tree leans at a significant angle with obvious roots lifting which are exposed and lower bark is starting to peel away. Tree 2: Is situated adjacent to the public car park and has had no foliage on for the last couple of years. Tree 3: Is another Leylandii Cypress tree with one limb that severely overhangs the Vestry of the Church and the application is to remove the branch to prevent any damage to the Church.
