Description

Non material amendment to AVA/2022/0679 for 300mm increase in height to part of roof only (see Elevation B), Gable now in place of hip due to construction requirements as Elevation A. Parapet detail above main entrance, rooflights introduced to vent roof space, bifold door in place of window to Elevation G, bird boxes and bat boxes shown on elevations. Increase in height to Lift shaft tower above eaves now clad in vertical hung tiling rather than brick wall. Staircase enclosure to East boundary now reduced in plan to ease relationship with boundary, roof amended to suit.
