Description

Non material amendment to AVA/2022/1118 for the position of the proposed plant room is sought to be raised and to be accessed externally from the rear elevation. A new door is added to the rear elevation of the link building. The door on the rear elevation of the café has been relocated. Windows added to the rear elevation of the café and a canopy has been added to the rear elevation of the café, sitting on the footprint of the original building.
