Description

Part 1: Convert the existing attached single garage into a living space. Brick up the existing garage door area with matching brickwork and insert a window to match the existing front aspect windows. Create an internal connecting doorway between the house and the garage. Remove the existing garage flat roof and replace it with a pitched, tiled roof with a VELUX-style roof window. Conversion to comply with building control standards. Part 2: Build a double garage at the front of the property as close as is reasonably possible to the front boundary line and the boundary between No.9 Burley Hill and No.10 Burley Hill - allowing space for maintenance of boundary fencing. Match brickwork to the existing house. Utilise a pitched tiled roof and mock Tudor finish on the front aspect to match the existing house. Front boundary conifer trees would be removed and replaced with a low wall.
