Description

T1 - Ash - Crown lift to 5m above ground level, removing small diameter branches only (cuts of <100mm in diameter). Sever ivy around base and clear from stem up to chest height (approx. 1.5m above ground level). T2 - Sycamore - Crown lift to 3m above ground level and reduce away from neighbouring toilet block to give 1.5m clearance, removing small diameter branches, only (cuts of <100mm in diameter). G3 - Remove self set trees growing out of wall at edge of water. Group includes some small diameter trees below size of Conservation Area protection, 1 dead elm and two alder. Works are required in order to prevent further damage to structures from hanging branches and secondary thickening of trees, reduce risk to park users from dead trees, improve visibility of area following antisocial behaviour and vandalism. Works to T1 were specified in a recent arboricultural report following inspection of the trees on behalf of the owner.
