Following a site visit to view the newly purchased property it would be recommended to remove the 2No. Silver Birch 1 Lilac and 1Hazel shown as G1 that are in the front garden to allow for the drive way to be dug out. Grind remaining stumps. Following a site visit to view to the trees in the rear garden shown as G2, it was noted that there were 3No. trees that are now totally overgrown for their position. Propose to remove the Birch, Sweet Chestnut and Hazel. Grind stumps if possible to allow the rear garden to be paved.
