Description

T1 - Mature Sycamore. Crown reduce the canopy of the tree by approximately 15%-20% to help reduce the amount of end weighted growth and long lever branches.This will include removing a maximum of approximately 2m from the ends of the branches, using drop-crotch pruning techniques and pruning back to branches a minimum of 1/3 thickness where possible. This willl allso allow more light into the central canopy to help encourage internal canopy growth. Dead wood the canopy throughout removing dead material down to approximately 1" in thickness.
