Removal of 5 trees on the north boundary of the property. Sections of which are already dead. This section of the border will be replaced with fencing in keeping with current fencing used for the majority of the existing boarder. Crown reduction of three Japanese Cedar trees inside the south boundary of the property. No more than a 3m crown reduction of what are currently 8-9m tall trees. This will improve natural light to the property and will improve what is currently an obstructed view of St Clements church from the 1st floor of the property.
