G1: Beech (Fagus sylvatica) & Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) – High density group of predominantly Beech with occasional Sycamore possibly originally planted with intentions as hedge. Reduce height by 30% and side prune to maintain pathway clearance. T1 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) – Fell due to presence of decay at base and evidence of further dead within crown. Leaning towards adjacent property and parking area. T2 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) – Fell due to presence of decay and rear stem behind totally dead at point of failure. Failing stem leans back towards public footway tree overhangs adjacent building. T3 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) – Fell due to presence of decay at base and strong leaning form on embankment towards adjacent building. Further deadwood material also present in crown. T4 Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) – Prune to crown lift to 2.6m clearance on car park side for clearance of vehicles parking beneath. Replanting: Recommendation to replace four removed Sycamores with Oak standards
