Description

Trees were last pruned 3-4 years ago and have grown to the extent that they when in leaf they block sunlight to the terrace houses and garden. I am requesting permission to reduce crown size of all trees on river bank (1-5 on sketch) back to height at last pruning which will involve approx 3m to be pruned. Please see attached photograph and plan.
